At Mt. Airy Parks and Recreation, we consider our patrons family, and what better way to serve our family than to offer an array of aquatics programs catering to family members of all ages. Reeves Community Center Aquatics offers American Red Cross Swim Lessons beginning with children age 18months old through 18 years old, Mommy and me Swim Time, and Family Swim Nights.
Our adults and seniors aren’t left out of the fun. We have swim lessons and swim stroke clinics, Senior Pool Time, Silver Sneakers Splash, water aerobics, and the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program.
Our aquatics programs do not end with swim lessons and water aerobics. We offer lifeguard training classes, lap swimming, and recreational/open swim (indoor pool is open year round). RCC is home to several local swim teams, Reeves Rapids and Star Aquatics as well. Feel free to stop by the front desk at RCC and grab our latest newsletter for all the up-to-date information.
