The Minus 15 Program is a fitness and nutrition class for youth ages 11 - 15. It is free for Community Center members and is conducted under the direction of a fitness specialist.

Young at Heart Cycling Classes
Young at Heart Cycling classes begin September 10, 2013. Classes will be held on Tuesdays from 9 - 9:45 a.m. and Fridays from 9:15 - 10 a.m. in the Cosmic Cycling Room located on the lower level of Reeves. All seniors 55 and over are invited to join us. These classes are designed for seniors of all cycling abilities. Wear your comfortable clothes, tennis shoes, and be sure to bring a bottle of water.
