The City of Mount Airy serves its own customers as well as customers of the Flat Rock / Bannertown Water and Sewer District. Rates for monthly charges for customers of the Flat Rock / Bannertown Water and Sewer District are set by that district. Rates for monthly charges for customers of the City of Mount Airy are set by the City of Mount Airy. New location charges and deposits, miscellaneous service fees, and charges are set by the City of Mount Airy and are applicable to all customers served by the City of Mount Airy.
