Alison Bryant CPT, LPT
She has an extensive background in competitive running, having won 2 high school state championships in her home state of Michigan, earning 2 NCAA DI All American honors in track while competing for the University of Notre Dame, qualifying for the 2008 Olympic Marathon Trials, and competing on multiple international teams in road running and mountain/trail competitions. She still holds the North Carolina State Marathon record of 2:44:15. She specializes in personal training for individuals who are getting back in the gym after an injury or illness, aquatic personal training, and running specific training. Alison is happy to provide personal training on an ongoing basis or just one session for running form analysis/instruction or instruction in proper weightlifting technique. If she is not at the gym, you can probably find her out gardening, milking her goat, or making goat cheese!

Sandra is a Certified Personal Trainer and has been for 17 years.
A certified Fitness Instructor for 23 years. In those 23 years Sandra has held numerous training certifications including: Cardio Kickboxing, Step Aerobics, Aerobics Plus, Boot Camp, Stability Ball Strength, Core Barre, Indoor Cycling, Core specific classes/training, Yoga, Silver Sneakers and MORE!
Her wisdom and always positive, compassionate, upbeat and smiling face has made her one of the best in the fitness industry.
Sandra is currently teaching multiple formats on a regular basis with Aerobics Plus being her most attended/popular. She Personal trains one on one clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Sandra is also a licensed cosmetologist for 28 years and owns her own business Insyle Hair Boutique here in Mt Airy.

Before Corey became a personal trainer he worked with kids in after school care with RCC.
Corey is a strong and driven person. He competes in Men’s Physique Competitions and is making his way to become a IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness) Pro Competitor.
Corey is trained to help all fitness levels whether it’s beginner or advanced. If your goal is to lose weight or build muscle, Corey is the guy for you. He loves to see his clients exceed in their personal goals and will motivate and cheer you on the whole way.

Shea Wilkins, CPT
Shea is 33 years old, a mom of two boys, and I’ve been a certified personal trainer through FITOUR for 3 years. Sports and athletics have always been a huge part of my life and a passion of mine. In high school I was all conference in basketball and track as well as making the all state team in several events. I later went on to play volleyball at Surry community college where we made it to nationals. Since then I have continued to work out on my own and have really found a love for free weights and high intensity interval training, which are two staples in the workouts that I create for my clients. What drives me is motivating and pushing people of all levels reach their physical goals, especially busy moms like myself. I see the potential in my clients and I want them to see it in themselves.
