[ARCHIVED] Brush Pick Up!

Updated Brush Priority Map 4-13-18

Now that the large piles of brush from the March 2nd windstorm have been addressed, Public Works has begun to pick up the larger brush mounds from the March 25th snow storm.

Beginning Thursday, April 12th, we began following the priorities as shown on the map for the collection of larger brush piles. We have a truck in the north of town and one in the south of town, and they are working their way toward downtown. N1 first, then N2, etc., and the same for S1, S2, etc.

N1, S1, S2, and S3 are “X-ed out”, indicating those areas have been addressed this week. We will continue to follow this pattern until all areas have been collected. We also will continue to pick up the smaller piles on Mondays, the regular brush collection day, by utilizing the rear loader trucks. We hope the strong storms predicted for this weekend do not disrupt this plan.

We continue to thank you for your patience as we work through this issue.
