Payment Plans for Past Due Water Bills
Executive Order 124 will be not be extended past 07/29/2020, therefore past due water accounts will be scheduled for disconnection effective September.
Residential Water Customers:
Prior to 09/01/2020, you will need to set up a payment plan to avoid disconnection of water service, for any delinquent amounts incurred between March 31 and July 29, 2020. We are offering financial assistance of up to $100 for eligible residential customers, through our City Utility Donation Fund, which will need to be used prior to doing payment plan.
