Utility Billing On-Line
For Water and Sewer Customers

The City of Mount Airy's Utility Billing On-Line service offers customers a convenient method to track their water, sewer, and garbage services and provides a consumption report of color graphs to compare of the amount of water used by billing cycle.  This is part of the city's effort to give citizens access to information whenever they want instead of only during business hours.  This service may be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your account number, personal identification number (PIN), and an active email address are all you need for account access.  Your initial PIN, used for registration, is located on the top portion of your utility bill.  If you need assistance with registration, please call customer service at (336) 786-3517 or email us at utilities@mountairy.org. You may use either a VISA or MasterCard for payment.
