You can take advantage of our Bank Draft Service.  This service automatically deducts the amount of your utility bill on the actual due date each month from your checking or savings account.  There is no charge for this service.  Each month it will save you time, a check and postage; and it eliminates the worry of being late with your payment.
 

Utility Billing Online offers a convenient way to pay your bill.  You can also track your water and sewer payments and obtain a record of water use.  Register with your utility account number and PIN, the personal identification number on the top portion of your utility bill.  Registration is only for those who want access to their account over the computer.

You may bring your payment to the drive-thru collection window at City Hall, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.  City Hall is located at 300 S Main Street in Mount Airy.
 

You may bring your payment to the walk-up collection window at City Hall, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.  City Hall is located at 300 S Main Street in Mount Airy.
 

An after-hours drop box slot is available at the drive-thru collection window at City Hall, 300 S Main Street in Mount Airy.  Your payment can be dropped there at any time.  Payments dropped in this slot after 4:30 pm are processed as of the next business day.
