PLANNING BOARD

The Planning Board is a nine-member citizen board whose function is to analyze current and emerging land development trends and activities and to recommend plans, policies, and ordinances designed to maximize opportunities for growth while promoting the public health, safety, morals, and welfare. 

The Planning Board meets on the 4th Monday of each month, at 5:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building.  Petitions and plans requiring Planning Board review must be received in complete form by the last day of the preceding month. The Planning Director serves as liaison to the Board.
