Project Description:
The City of Mount Airy Granite City Greenway Trail and Ararat River Restoration Project includes the construction of a new 1.5-mile section of paved greenway trail adjacent to the Ararat River and 2,889 linear feet of enhancement and restoration to the Ararat River in the City of Mount Airy (Surry County). Greenway trail will include a retaining wall structure, benches and bike racks, outdoor fitness equipment, other related trail structures, and outdoor multi-purpose courts.
Prequalification Required: The owner will accept bids only from Contractors that have prequalified.
