If I can't pay my bill, will you disconnect my service?
A nonpayment fee of $25 is applied on all accounts with balances outstanding as of the close of business 25 days after the bill date. These accounts are then scheduled for disconnection if not paid by the close of business 40 days after the original bill date. Reconnection will be made upon the payment of amounts due.
